The garden
Las Pozas covers 20 hectares with more than 30 concrete structures, stairs to nowhere, and pools hidden in the cloud forest. Open daily from 9 am to 4 pm.
The town
Xilitla is a Magical Town in the mountains. Try the local coffee (grown at altitude), visit the ex-convent and the Leonora Carrington museum.
Tips
The garden is steep and humid — wear good shoes and mosquito repellent. Bring a light jacket: the mountain gets foggy and fresh.
